He was basically not only a farmer but also agricultural graduate. He completed his graduation from Agriculture college Sawai Madhopur. He served Shriram fertilizers for 10 years. During his service, he came across the difficulties of farmers and unavailability of quality seed for sowing. He left the service and estabilished the organisation "Vishwa krishi sanchar" a monthly based Hindi Magazine for farmers and come across many problems of farmers and as a result he estabilished the organisation " Amrit seeds and organics" to make available the quality seeds of crop.

He was referred as the " person with seeds". It was his vision that drove the company's progress in such a short span of time, seeing the problems of farmers during the crop season, Lack of available seeds made him create & provide the quality seeds to farmers during the crop season. Amrit seeds and organics is the good producer and marketer of soybean and wheat seeds in Rajasthan, MP, UP, Chattisgarh and also has significant presence in the sector of mustard black gram and green gram, coriander and now in paddy. Shri G.S. Hada have unparalleled experience in Soybean and Wheat which coupled with his strong processing and storage infra, R&D facilities and far-searching marketing network has enabled to contribute to the growth of agriculture. He revolutionised the seed industry for his futuristic vision and focus. His perseverance patience, devotion and hard work will always be an inspiration to all of us. To achieve their goals his son Vikrant Singh Hada (B.Tech, MBA) is active. His emphasis to develop and make available the pure and authentic seeds to farmers during the crop season to fulfill the dream of his father.
